All work is carried out using a state of the art portable glass drilling machine with diamond core drills.

Due to the nature of glass drilling we as a company can take no responsibility for damage to tanks in the event of a breakage.

Aged glass can get very brittle and as a result of drilling can make it weak.

Tanks must be empty and cleaned by the customer before arrival of the technician, and in a location where water can be drained. Water is pumped through the drill bit during the drilling process.

A call out fee is charged should the tank not be drilled on our premises.
