Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards, personal cheques and Paypal. Cash by registered post and bank transfer on request.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Confirmation of despatch will be sent by email.
No livestock is sent by Royal Mail, any order placed that has not had the correct shipping charge paid will not be despatched.
All livestock is sent by courier for delivery the following morning, A signature is required in all cases without exception. |
Delivery Schedule
Live Stock.
Livestock is shipped via courier only. Please select the correct shipping method for livestock at the checkout or we will be unable to ship your order. A full refund will be given.
Once a delivery date has been requested at the checkout under "Enter any special delivery instructions, " no claim of any kind for loss of any livestock can be entertained if no one is available to take delivery and sign for the consignment.

| Tax Charges All items ordered within the Uk are subject to the standard rate of VAT at 17.5% which is already included in all our prices. The price you see is the price you pay! |
Credit Card Security All card payments are processed by our credit card partners Nochex over a secure connection.
All purchases will appear on your card statement as Nochex, and not Atlantis Aquatics.. |
Guarantee Unless indicated, any goods may be returned to Atlantis Aquatics within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense, provided that they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resale-able condition.
Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item less the cost of original postage.
In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from date of order before contacting Atlantis Aquatics either in writing or by e-mail.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer should retain the product and contact Atlantis Aquatics by e-mail or in writing within 10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Livestock is sent in good faith. In the event that your livestock should arrive in less than perfect condition, we will reimburse on the production of photographic evidence, or arrange to have the stock collected immediately for inspection at our descretion.

Returns Policy The returns policy that Atlantis Aquatics operates complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000.
In the event that the consumer decides that the goods ordered are not what he or she wants, then an email message stating this must be sent to admin@atlantisaquatics.co.uk within 7 days of the receipt of the consignment.
Goods must be returned in an unused condition, after which a full refund will be given within five working days.
Carriage for the return of unwanted goods is the consumers responsibility.
In the event that goods arrive damaged, collection of the goods will be organised by Atlantis Aquatics and a replacement item delivered. |
