Kent Marine pH control plus 250g
Directions:

First read the considerations for use section below. This is a professional strength product. Exercise care! If in doubt, use less, then measure pH. Consult an authoritative guide for the proper pH for the type of fish you are keeping. Add 1/8 (one-eighth) teaspoon powder to a pint (1/2 liter) of tank water and mix well. Disperse this amount around the tank for every 20 gallons (80 liters) of tap or tank water to raise pH. PH stabilization takes 24 hours.
Considerations for use:

FRESHWATER AQUARIUMS: If you are using Reverse Osmosis water or if your tap water is very soft (low total or general hardness, or GH), use Kent R/O Right first to increase total dissolved solids to the proper value. Measure the Total Alkalinity (buffering capacity, carbonate hardness, or KH) of your water with an alkalinity test kit. If the alkalinity is low (see chart below), add Kent pH STABLE to raise it to the proper level. Next measure the pH. If it is low, add this product as directed to bring the pH up. Never change pH more than .2 pH per day! Wait 24 hours for pH to stabilize, between adjustments!

SALTWATER OR BRACKISH AQUARIUMS: Use Kent Marine Superbuffer-dKH or Marine Aquarium pH Buffer to raise the alkalinity (i.e. carbonate hardness or KH) to the proper value. This is recommended to be 10 to 12 dKH or 3.5 to 4.5 meq/liter or 175 to 225 ppm. Wait 24 hours for pH to stabilize. If pH is low, add this product as directed.

AFRICAN CICHLID OR ALKALINE FRESHWATER AQUARIUMS: First use A F Cichlid Chemistry as directed, then Kent A F Cichlid Buffer to raise the alkalinity (i.e. carbonate hardness or KH) to the proper value. This is recommended to be 10 to 12 dKH or 3.5 to 4.5 meq/liter or 175 to 225 ppm. Wait 24 hours for pH to stabilize. If pH is low, add this product as directed.
